Do I have to have a Purchase Order?
No, Foot Dynamics does not require a Purchase Order.
What if my company requires a Purchase Order?
We accept Purchase Orders. Make sure to send it to us along with the impressions. Please note that if the PO has multiple items on it, but we do not have all of the foot impressions, they will not be started on until we receive all of the foot impressions.
Ex: PO with 3 names listed, but only 2 foot impressions arrive. The third patient’s impressions need to arrive before the other 2 patients can be started on.
Because of this, we recommend keeping POs short with 1-2 patients on them.
Do you provide crush boxes/impression boxes?
We do not but we do accept .stl or .obj files from a structure scanner in lieu of an impression.
Can we send patients directly to you?
Yes absolutely! We would be more than happy to assist your patients with their needs.
Something is wrong with my order! What do I do?
Please send us the incorrect orthotics and we will correct them for you. If the mistake was on our part (missing a heel plug, for example), we will correct it free of charge.
I want a different top cover than what I ordered.
Send the orthotics back to us and we will change it. However, anything that requires us to remove the top cover is considered a refurbishment.
